NPSR1 antagonist-1 (Compound 6) exhibits an IC50 of 0.35 nM and 0.15 nM against NPSR1-A and NPSR1-B, respectively[1].
NPSR1 antagonist-1 inhibits Npsr1 in HEK293T cells with an IC50 of 2.1 nM[1].
NPSR1 antagonist-1 (0.001-10000 nM, 30 mins) inhibits IL6, CXCL8, IL20, and PTGS2 levels in NPSR1-A expressing fibroblasts[1].
