Description

Mer/c-Met-IN-1 is a potent Mer/c-met dual inhibitor with IC50 values of 1 and 19 nM. Mer/c-Met-IN-1 can inhibit cancer cells proliferation, migration and induce apoptosis. Mer/c-Met-IN-1 can be used for the research of cancer, such as colon cancer[1].

In Vitro

Mer/c-Met-IN-1 exhibits robust antiproliferative activity against HCT116, A2780, and PC-3 cancer cell lines with IC50 values of 1.01 μM, 0.96 μM, and 3.42 μM respectively[1].
Mer/c-Met-IN-1 shows favorable metabolic stability in human liver microsomes with a half-life (t1/2) of 72.6 min and a clearance rate (CL) of 0.05 mL/min/mg[1].
Mer/c-Met-IN-1 exhibits negligible inhibition on hERG potassium channels with an IC50 value >40 μM[1].
Mer/c-Met-IN-1 (0.4-3.2 μM, 48 h) induces dose-dependent apoptosis in HCT116 cells with an ED50 of 1.368 pM[1].
Mer/c-Met-IN-1 (0.8-20 μM, 24 h) significantly suppresses the migration of HCT116 cells[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
