Description

Lipase 435 is an immobilized lipase isolated from Candida antarctica fraction B. Lipase 435 features high stability and selectivity. Lipase 435 is widely used in fields such as chemical synthesis, food oil modification, and biodiesel production[1][2].

In Vitro

Lipase 435 plays an important role in the synthesis of nucleoside drugs and can catalyze the regioselective acylation reaction between nucleosides and acyl donors with different carbon chain lengths. Its catalytic performance is affected by factors such as the position, volume, and hydrophobicity of nucleoside substituents, as well as the chain length of acyl donors[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
