LIN28 inhibitor LI71 is a LIN28 inhibitor that effectively inhibits LIN28:let-7 binding (IC50: 7 μM). LIN28 inhibitor LI71 competitively blocks the interaction between LIN28 and let-7 precursor by directly binding to the cold shock domain (CSD) of LIN28 (IC50: 7 μM)[1].
LIN28 inhibitor LI71 (40 μM, 40 minutes) can effectively inhibit LIN28-mediated oligouridylation of let-7 precursor, thereby preventing the degradation of let-7 and restoring the level of mature let-7 (IC50: 27 μM)[1].
