Description

JNK-IN-24, a JNK inhibitor, is an anti-metastatic cancer agent. JNK-IN-24 downregulates JNK and MMP1 expression in Scrib knockdown induced cancer tissues. In Vivo

JNK-IN-24 (Compound 5f) (15-1000 μM, incorporated into a corn agar-based food medium) shows no lethality across the range of different doses on WT pupal development [1].
JNK-IN-24 (250-1000 μM, incorporated into a corn agar-based food medium, 36 h) rescues early pupal deaths to fully differentiated into pharate adults and promotes recovery from tumorous wing disc phenotype of ScribRNAi[1].
