Antibody Dilution Buffer (for Immunostaining) 

MCE Antibody Dilution Buffer (for Immunostaining) is specifically designed for the dilution and preparation of primary and secondary antibodies in Immunostaining applications.

This product is optimized with a special formulation that effectively enhances antibody activity and stability, reduces nonspecific binding, and significantly lowers background signals, thereby improving the specificity and sensitivity of experiments. It is suitable for immunostaining applications, offering easy operation and reliable results.

1. Dilute the antibody according to the recommended dilution ratio based on the manufacturer’s instructions. The diluted antibody can be used directly for Immunostaining.

Note: The amount of antibody added should be adjusted based on the expression level of the target antigen.

2. The prepared antibody working solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 6 months.

1. This product contains phosphate and should not be used for the dilution of alkaline phosphatase-conjugated antibodies.
