Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; brain; genitourinary system; limb segment; and skeletal musculature. Used to study Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 2A1. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 2A1; carcinoma (multiple); multiple sclerosis; neuroblastoma; and pheochromocytoma.
