Factor B-IN-6 (Compound 4B) has obvious inhibitory activity on the activation of human serum bypass pathway, with an IC50 of 40.7 nM[1].

In Vivo

Factor B-IN-6 (Compound 4B) (5-60 mg/kg, i.g., twice a day, with an interval of 8 hours, 14 days) reduces the level of urine egg, improves renal function in model of passive Heyman nephritis rats[1].
