ABP/PPAR modulator 1 has potent anti-metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) activity. ABP/PPAR modulator 1 dose-dependently ameliorates multiple pathological characteristics of fatty liver in WD + Carbon tetrachloride-induced MASH mice model.
