Description

Denintuzumab (hBU 12) is a recombinant humanized anti-CD19 monoclonal antibody. Denintuzumab binds to CD19 on the surface of B cells. Denintuzumab can be used as the antibody moiety (ADC antibody) of antibody-drug conjugates to synthesize ADC, Denintuzumab Mafodotin (SGN-CD19A). Denintuzumab Mafodotin can be used in the research of acute lymphoblastic leukemia[1].

Biological Activity
  • Flow Cytometry analysis of Raji cells labelling CD19 (red) with Denintuzumab (anti-CD19) (HY-P99285). Goat Anti-Human IgG (Alexa Fluor 488) (HY-P83776) at a dilution of 1/1000 was used as the secondary antibody. Blue-Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99001). Black-Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
  • Immobilized Hu-CD19-VLP can bind Denintuzumab. The EC50 for this effect is 16 ng/mL.
