In Vitro

CYP51-IN-27 (Compound 4r) demonstrates excellent efficacy against R. solani, with EC50 values of 0.33 μg/mL[1].
CYP51-IN-27 (20 μg/mL, 4 days) causes mycelium became desiccated, twisted, and irregular, with a rough, wrinkled, and collapsed surface, accompanied by the presence of some fragments in R. solani[1].
CYP51-IN-27 (200 μg/mL, 7-28 days) exhibits good protective and curative activities against R. solani on rice plants[1].

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
