BPN-01 is a fluorescent probe targeting translocator protein (TSPO) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) with binding affinities of -10.7 kcal/mol for TSPO and -11.3 kcal/mol for HER2. BPN-01 is promising for research of solid tumor imaging during fluorescence image-guided surgery (FIGS) (Ex/Em = 475/510 nm)[1].

In Vitro

BPN-01 (3.91 μg/mL, 7.81 μg/mL, 15.63 μg/mL, 31.25 μg/mL, 62.5 μg/mL, 125 μg/mL, 250 μg/mL, 500 μg/mL; 48 h; B16-F10) maintains B16-F10 cell viability at ~100% across all concentrations[1].
BPN-01 (0.01 mM, 0.05 mM, 0.1 mM, 0.5 mM, 1.0 mM; 24 h; DU-145, B16-F10, C2C12) stains DU-145 and B16-F10 cancer cells at 0.01 mM but not at higher concentrations or in C2C12 cells[1].
