Description

Wnt3 Antibody (YA5324) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated monoclonal antibody, targeting to Wnt3. It can be applicated for WB assays for exogenous protein in transfected cells.
Background

Wnt3 acts as a ligand for the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors (Probable) and functions in the canonical Wnt signaling pathway to activate transcription factors of the TCF/LEF family (PubMed:26902720). It is essential for normal gastrulation, primitive streak formation, and mesoderm formation during early embryogenesis. Wnt3 is also required for the proper formation of the apical ectodermal ridge (By similarity) and plays a critical role in embryonic development, particularly in limb development (PubMed:14872406).
