Description	Wnt10a Antibody is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG polyclonal antibody, targeting to Wnt10a.
Background	Wnt10a acts as a ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors (Probable) and functions in the canonical Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway (By similarity). It plays a role in normal ectoderm development and is essential for proper tooth formation. Additionally, Wnt10a is required for postnatal development and maintenance of tongue papillae and sweat ducts, regulating the proliferation of basal cells in these tissues. It influences the normal expression of keratins in tongue papillae (By similarity) and KRT9 in foot plant epithelium, while also contributing to hair follicle function.
