Wnt-1 Antibody (YA3644)

Wnt-1 Antibody (YA3644) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 antibody, targeting to WNT1. It can be applicated for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human, mouse.

WNT1 is a ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors (Probable). It acts in the canonical Wnt signaling pathway by promoting beta-catenin-dependent transcriptional activation (PubMed:23499309, PubMed:23656646, PubMed:26902720, PubMed:28528193). In some developmental processes, it also serves as a ligand for the coreceptor RYK, thereby triggering Wnt signaling (By similarity). WNT1 plays an essential role in the development of the embryonic brain and central nervous system (CNS) (By similarity) and is involved in osteoblast function, bone development, and bone homeostasis (PubMed:23499309, PubMed:23656646).

  Western blot analysis of extracts from NIH3T3 (lane 2(20μg), 3T3-L1 (lane 3(20μg) and Hela (lane 4(20μg) using WNT1 (20378) Mouse mAb. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80438, 1/10000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1/10000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
