Description	TTF1 Antibody (YA4281) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 antibody, targeting to TTF1. It can be applicated for IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.
Background	TTF1 is a multifunctional nucleolar protein that terminates ribosomal gene transcription, mediates replication fork arrest, and regulates RNA polymerase I transcription on chromatin. It plays a dual role in rDNA regulation, being involved in both activation and silencing of rDNA transcription. Interaction with BAZ2A/TIP5 recovers its DNA-binding activity. by similar: Other nucleolar proteins like UBF are also involved in rDNA transcription regulation but through different mechanisms.
