Description	SH2B2 Antibody (YA3497) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG2b antibody, targeting to SH2B2. It can be applicated for IHC-P, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.
Background	SH2B2 is an adapter protein that interacts with several members of the tyrosine kinase receptor family and is involved in multiple signaling pathways. It may participate in coupling from immunoreceptor to Ras signaling and acts as a negative regulator of cytokine signaling in collaboration with CBL. SH2B2 binds to EPOR and suppresses EPO-induced STAT5 activation, possibly by masking STAT5 docking sites in EPOR. Additionally, it suppresses PDGF-induced mitogenesis and may induce cytoskeletal reorganization through interaction with VAV3.
