RRAD Antibody (YA5557) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 monoclonal antibody, targeting to RRAD. It can be applicated for WB, ICC/IF, ELISA assays, in the background of human.

RRAD is a protein that may regulate basal voltage-dependent L-type Ca²⁺ currents and is involved in beta-adrenergic augmentation of Ca²⁺ influx in cardiomyocytes, thereby modulating increases in heart rate and contractile force (by similar). It likely plays a key role in cardiac antiarrhythmia by strongly suppressing voltage-gated L-type Ca²⁺ currents (by similar) and regulates trafficking of the voltage-dependent L-type calcium channel subunit alpha-1C to the cell membrane (by similar). Additionally, RRAD inhibits cardiac hypertrophy via the calmodulin-dependent kinase II (CaMKII) pathway and suppresses phosphorylation and activation of CAMK2D.
