Description	PI 3 Kinase p150 Antibody (YA4448) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 antibody, targeting to PIK3R4. It can be applicated for IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.
Background	PIK3R4 is a regulatory subunit of the PI3K complex that mediates the formation of phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate. Different complex forms are involved in multiple membrane trafficking pathways: PI3KC3-C1 plays a role in the initiation of autophagosomes, while PI3KC3-C2 is involved in the maturation of autophagosomes and endocytosis. Additionally, PIK3R4 regulates degradative endocytic trafficking and cytokinesis, likely in the context of the PI3KC3-C2 complex.
