Description	NR6A1 Antibody (YA4284) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 antibody, targeting to NR6A1. It can be applicated for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.
Background	NR6A1 is an orphan nuclear receptor that binds to a response element containing the sequence 5'-TCAAGGTCA-3'. It acts as a regulator of embryonic stem cell pluripotency by mediating repression of POU5F1/OCT4: binding to the DR0 element within the POU5F1/OCT4 promoter and inhibiting POU5F1/OCT4 expression during embryonic stem cell differentiation. Additionally, it is involved in the regulation of gene expression in germ cell development during gametogenesis (by similar).
