Description	MyoD1/Myf3 Antibody (YA1491) is a rabbit-derived non-conjugated IgG antibody (Clone NO.: YA1491), targeting MyoD1/Myf3, with a predicted molecular weight of 35 kDa (observed band size: 45 kDa). MyoD1/Myf3 Antibody (YA1491) can be used for WB, IHC-P experiment in human background.
Background	The related gene encodes a nuclear protein that belongs to the basic helix-loop-helix family of transcription factors and the myogenic factors subfamily. It regulates muscle cell differentiation by inducing cell cycle arrest, a prerequisite for myogenic initiation. The protein is also involved in muscle rerelated generation. It activates its own transcription which may stabilize commitment to myorelated genesis.
