Description	MUC5AC Antibody (YA4143) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG2a antibody, targeting to MUC5AC. It can be applicated for IHC-P, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.
Background	MUC5AC is a gel-forming glycoprotein found in gastric and respiratory tract epithelia that protects the mucosa from infection and chemical damage by binding to inhaled microorganisms and particles, which are subsequently cleared by the mucociliary system. It also interacts with H.pylori in the gastric epithelium, Barrett's esophagus, and gastric metaplasia of the duodenum (GMD). by similar: None.
