Description	TUG Antibody (YA4471) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 antibody, targeting to TUG. It can be applicated for WB, ELISA assays, in the background of mouse.
Background	Mouse TUG is a tethering protein that sequesters GLUT4-containing vesicles in the cytoplasm in the absence of insulin. It modulates the amount of GLUT4 available at the cell surface (By similarity). Additionally, Mouse TUG enhances VCP methylation catalyzed by VCPKMT.
