M-CSF Antibody (YA4963) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated monoclonal antibody, targeting to M-CSF. It can be applicated for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, ELISA assays, in the background of human.

CSF1 is a cytokine essential for regulating the survival, proliferation, and differentiation of hematopoietic precursor cells, particularly mononuclear phagocytes like macrophages and monocytes. It promotes the release of pro-inflammatory chemokines, playing a critical role in innate immunity and inflammatory responses. CSF1 is also involved in osteoclast proliferation and differentiation, bone resorption regulation, and normal bone development. It is required for male and female fertility, facilitates actin cytoskeleton reorganization, and regulates membrane ruffling, cell adhesion, and migration. Additionally, it contributes to lipoprotein clearance.
