Description	LTBR Antibody (YA3985) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG2a antibody, targeting to LTBR. It can be applicated for WB, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human, mouse.
Background	LTBR is a receptor that binds to the heterotrimeric lymphotoxin composed of LTA and LTB, as well as TNFS14/LIGHT. Upon stimulation by lymphotoxin (LTA(1)-LTB(2)), LTBR activates the NF-kappa-B signaling pathway. It also promotes apoptosis via TRAF3 and TRAF5 and may play a role in the development of lymphoid organs.
