KLF15 Antibody (YA4931) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated monoclonal antibody, targeting to KLF15. It can be applicated for WB, ELISA assays, in the background of human.

KLF15 is a transcriptional regulator that binds to the GA element of the CLCNKA promoter. It regulates the circadian expression of KCNIP2 in the heart by binding to its promoter (By similarity). Acting as a repressor of CCN2 expression, KLF15 is involved in controlling cardiac fibrosis. It also modulates cardiac hypertrophy by inhibiting MEF2A and GATA4 (By similarity). Additionally, KLF15 participates in podocyte differentiation (By similarity) and inhibits MYOCD activity. As a negative regulator of TP53 acetylation, it suppresses NF-kappa-B activation by repressing EP300-dependent RELA acetylation.
