Integrin beta 1 Antibody (YA337) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to Integrin beta 1.

Integrin beta 1 is a multifunctional cell surface receptor that forms heterodimers with various alpha subunits to mediate cell-extracellular matrix (ECM) interactions. It pairs with alpha-1, alpha-2, alpha-10, and alpha-11 to form collagen receptors recognizing the G-F-P-G-E-R motif in collagen; associates with alpha-2, alpha-3, alpha-4, alpha-5, alpha-8, alpha-10, alpha-11, and alpha-V as fibronectin receptors (with alpha-4/beta-1 binding CS-1/CS-5 domains of fibronectin). Additionally, alpha-5/beta-1 serves as a fibrinogen receptor, while alpha-1/beta-1, alpha-2/beta-1, alpha-6/beta-1, and alpha-7/beta-1 function as laminin receptors (by similar: alpha-6/beta-1 in oocytes participates in sperm-egg fusion). Alpha-4/beta-1 and alpha-9/beta-1 act as VCAM1 receptors, with the latter also recognizing the A-E-I-D-G-I-E-L sequence in cytotactin. Alpha-3/beta-1 binds epiligrin, thrombospondin, and CSPG4, collaborating with LGALS3 to mediate CSPG4-induced endothelial migration. Alpha-V/beta-1 is a vitronectin receptor, while beta-1 integrins universally recognize R-G-D motifs in ligands. This protein regulates cell adhesion, laminin matrix deposition, endothelial motility, angiogenesis, osteoblast mineralization, and forms signaling platforms with KRT1/RACK1 to modulate PKC and SRC activity. Pathogenically, different alpha/beta-1 complexes serve as receptors for human echoviruses 1/8, cytomegalovirus, EBV, parvovirus B19, rotavirus, and reovirus, enhance HIV-1 Tat-induced Kaposi's sarcoma angiogenesis, and mediate Mucorales fungal invasion via CotH protein interaction.

  Western blot analysis of extracts from Hela(lane 2(20μg) , A431(lane 3(20μg) and HEK293(lane 4(20ug)using Integrin beta 1 (HY-P80418 Rabbit mAb. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80438, 1/10000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1/10000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
