Human CD138 Antibody (PE)(YA3444) is a PE-conjugated, mouse-derived and phycoerythrin (PE) IgG1 monoclonal antibody, targeting to CD138.

CD183 is a receptor for the C-X-C chemokines CXCL9, CXCL10, and CXCL11, mediating the proliferation, survival, and angiogenic activity of human mesangial cells (HMC) through a heterotrimeric G-protein signaling pathway (PubMed:12782716). It also binds CCL21 and likely promotes cell chemotaxis. Upon activation by PF4, it induces migration of activated T-lymphocytes via downstream Ras/extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) signaling. Additionally, CD183 serves as a receptor for CXCL4 and mediates the inhibitory effects of CXCL9, CXCL10, and CXCL11 on the proliferation, survival, and angiogenic activity of human microvascular endothelial cells (HMVEC) through a cAMP-mediated pathway (PubMed:12782716), though it does not promote chemotaxis. Interaction with CXCL4 or CXCL10 activates the p38MAPK pathway, contributing to angiogenesis inhibition. Overexpression in renal cancer cells downregulates the anti-apoptotic protein HMOX1 and promotes apoptosis. CD183 also mediates the activity of CXCL11.
