HRH3 Antibody (YA2701) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to HRH3.
Background

Histamine is a ubiquitous messenger molecule released from mast cells, enterochromaffin-like cells, and neurons. Its various actions are mediated by histamine receptors H1, H2, H3 and H4. The related gene encodes one of the histamine receptors (H3) which belongs to the family 1 of G protein-coupled receptors. It is an integral membrane protein and can regulate neurotransmitter release. The receptor can also increase voltage-dependent calcium current in smooth muscles and innervates the blood vessels and the heart in cardiovascular system.

  • Western blot analysis was performed on extracts from K562 (lane 1, 15 μg), C6 (lane 2, 15 μg), SH-SY5Y (lane 3, 15 μg), A549 (lane 4, 15 μg), 3T3 (lane 5, 15 μg), and HepG2 (lane 6, 15 μg) using HRH3 Rabbit mAb.Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight.The primary antibody (1:2000 dilution) and the loading control antibody (GAPDH, HY-P80137, 1:80000 dilution) were incubated in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 1 hour at 37°C.Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1:20000 dilution) was then applied for 40 minutes at 37°C.
