Hip Antibody (YA5125) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated monoclonal antibody, targeting to Hip. It can be applicated for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF assays, in the background of human, bovine, dog, pig.

Hip is an oligomer that binds the ATPase domains of at least two HSC70 molecules, dependent on HSP40-mediated activation of the HSC70 ATPase. It stabilizes the ADP-bound state of HSC70, which exhibits high affinity for substrate proteins. Through its intrinsic chaperone activity, Hip may facilitate the interaction of HSC70 with various target proteins (By similarity).
