Description	HAS1 Antibody (YA4405) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG2b antibody, targeting to HAS1. It can be applicated for ICC/IF, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.
Background	HAS1 catalyzes the addition of GlcNAc or GlcUA monosaccharides to the nascent hyaluronan polymer, making it essential for hyaluronan synthesis. Hyaluronan is a major component of most extracellular matrices, playing a structural role in tissue architecture and regulating cell adhesion, migration, and differentiation. HAS1 is one of the isozymes that catalyze this reaction. Additionally, depending on the substrate, it can also catalyze the synthesis of chito-oligosaccharides (By similarity).
