Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit IgG (H&L) is a universal (primary antibody host), ready-to-use, HRP-conjugated goat-derived antibody for both mouse and rabbit. In conventional immunohistochemical staining, it binds to the primary antibody to label the target.
Background

Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit lgG(H&L)-HRP uses dextran as a backbone to couple multiple HRP enzyme molecules and antibody molecules to form a polymer. The polymer increases the enzyme label density of the secondary antibody and creates a ready-to-use, highly sensitive non-biotin detection system for immunohistochemical staining. The polymer binds to the primary antibody and forms a brown precipitate at the antigen site by horseradish peroxidase-catalyzed diaminobenzidine (DAB).
