Description	Nucleostemin Antibody (YA4462) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 antibody, targeting to GNL3. It can be applicated for WB, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human, mouse.
Background	GNL3 may be required to maintain the proliferative capacity of stem cells. It stabilizes MDM2 by preventing its ubiquitination, thereby inhibiting proteasomal degradation (mechanism shared by similar proteins).
