GLO1 Antibody (YA413) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to GLO1.
Background

GLO1 is an enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of hemimercaptal, formed from methylglyoxal and glutathione, into S-lactoylglutathione. It is involved in regulating the TNF-induced transcriptional activity of NF-kappa-B. Additionally, GLO1 is required for normal osteoclastogenesis (by similar).
