Description	Gli1 Antibody (YA414) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to Gli1.
Background	Gli1 acts as a transcriptional activator, binding to the DNA consensus sequence 5'-GACCACCCA-3' and regulating the transcription of specific genes during normal development. It plays roles in craniofacial, digital, central nervous system, and gastrointestinal tract development, mediating SHH signaling to influence cell proliferation and differentiation. Additionally, Gli1 promotes cancer cell migration. by similar: Unlike isoform 1, Gli1 activates the expression of CD24 but targets a distinct set of genes compared to isoform 1.

The tissues were blocked in QuickBlock for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody at 1/100 dilution in 4℃ overnight. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
