Description

GADD45α Antibody (YA5298) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated monoclonal antibody, targeting to GADD45α. It can be applicated for WB assays for exogenous protein in transfected cells.
Background

GADD45α functions as a regulator of p38 MAPKs in T-cells by inhibiting p88 phosphorylation and activity (By similarity). It might affect PCNA interaction with some CDK (cell division protein kinase) complexes, stimulates DNA excision repair in vitro, and inhibits entry of cells into S phase.
