FGG Antibody (YA3622) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG2a antibody, targeting to FGG. It can be applicated for IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.

FGG polymerizes with fibrinogen alpha (FGA) and fibrinogen beta (FGB) to form an insoluble fibrin matrix, playing a central role in hemostasis as a primary component of blood clots. It also functions in early wound repair by stabilizing lesions and guiding cell migration during re-epithelialization. by similar: Initially thought essential for platelet aggregation based on in vitro studies, subsequent research showed it is not absolutely required for in vivo thrombus formation.
