FCER1A Antibody (YA3772) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 antibody, targeting to FCER1A. It can be applicated for WB, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.

FCER1A is a high-affinity receptor for immunoglobulin epsilon/IgE, mediating IgE effector functions primarily in myeloid cells. Upon IgE binding and antigen/allergen cross-linking, it initiates signaling pathways leading to myeloid cell activation and differentiation. In mast cells, basophils, and eosinophils, FCER1A stimulates the secretion of vasoactive amines, lipid mediators, and cytokines, contributing to inflammatory responses, tissue remodeling, and microbial cytotoxicity. It triggers immediate hypersensitivity to allergens as a host defense mechanism against helminth parasites, pathogenic bacteria, and venom toxicity. Dysregulation may induce harmful, life-threatening allergic or anaphylactic reactions.
