Description	ETS1 Antibody (YA3800) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 antibody, targeting to ETS1. It can be applicated for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.
Background	ETS1 is a transcription factor (PubMed:10698492, PubMed:11909962) that directly regulates the expression of cytokine and chemokine genes in diverse cellular contexts (PubMed:20378371). It may control the differentiation, survival, and proliferation of lymphoid cells (PubMed:20378371) and modulate angiogenesis by regulating genes involved in endothelial cell migration and invasion (PubMed:15247905, PubMed:15592518). Additionally, ETS1 acts as a dominant-negative regulator for the isoform c-ETS-1A. by similar: Its functions may parallel other ETS family members, though further validation is required.
