Description	ERR alpha Antibody (YA3761) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 monoclonal antibody, targeting to ERR alpha.
Background	ESRRA is a nuclear receptor that binds to an ERR-alpha response element (ERRE) containing a single consensus half-site, 5'-TNAAGGTCA-3'. It can bind to the medium-chain acyl coenzyme A dehydrogenase (MCAD) response element NRRE-1 and may act as a key regulator of the MCAD promoter. Additionally, ESRRA binds to the C1 region of the lactoferrin gene promoter. Full activity requires dimerization and the coactivator PGC-1A. The ERRalpha/PGC1alpha complex serves as a regulator of energy metabolism and induces the expression of PERM1 in skeletal muscle. by similar: ESRRA is involved in energy metabolism regulation and gene expression modulation.
