Description	Cytochrome P450 2E1 Antibody (YA2302) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to Cytochrome P450 2E1.
Background	Cytochrome P450 2E1 is a cytochrome P450 monooxygenase involved in fatty acid metabolism (PubMed:10553002, PubMed:18577768). Mechanistically, it utilizes molecular oxygen to insert one oxygen atom into a substrate while reducing the second into a water molecule, with electrons supplied by NADPH via cytochrome P450 reductase (NADPH--hemoprotein reductase) (PubMed:10553002, PubMed:18577768). It catalyzes the hydroxylation of carbon-hydrogen bonds, exhibiting highest activity for omega-1 hydroxylation of saturated fatty acids (PubMed:10553002, PubMed:18577768). It may also participate in xenobiotic oxidative metabolism (Probable). by similar: Other cytochrome P450 family members may share broad substrate specificity.

Dilution Ratio	WB: 1:500-1:1000 Western blot analysis was performed on extracts from Rat liver (lane 1, 15 μg), and MCF-7 (lane 2, 15 μg) using Cytochrome P450 2E1 Rabbit mAb.Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight.The primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and the loading control antibody (GAPDH, HY-P80137, 1:60000 dilution) were incubated in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 1 hour at 37°C.Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1:20000 dilution) was then applied for 40 minutes at 37°C.
