Description	CHD4 Antibody (YA946) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG2b monoclonal antibody, targeting to CHD4.
Background	CHD4 is an ATP-dependent chromatin-remodeling factor that binds and distorts nucleosomal DNA. It acts as a component of the histone deacetylase NuRD complex, which participates in chromatin remodeling. CHD4 localizes to acetylated damaged chromatin in a ZMYND8-dependent manner, promoting transcriptional repression and double-strand break repair by homologous recombination. Additionally, it is involved in neurogenesis (By similar).
