S1P1/EDG1 Antibody (YA3874) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG2a antibody, targeting to CD363. It can be applicated for WB, IHC-P, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.

CD363 is a G-protein coupled receptor that binds the bioactive lysosphingolipid sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P) and couples to the G(i) subclass of heteromeric G proteins. Its signaling activates RAC1, SRC, PTK2/FAK1, and MAP kinases, playing a key role in cell migration, likely through reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton and lamellipodia formation. CD363 is essential for chemotaxis toward S1P and is involved in embryonic heart development, cardiac morphogenesis, sprouting angiogenesis, and vascular maturation, inhibiting excessive sprouting during blood vessel development. It also facilitates the egress of mature T-cells from the thymus into the bloodstream and peripheral lymphoid organs, and regulates osteoclast precursor cell migration, bone mineralization, and homeostasis (By similarity). In pulmonary endothelial cells, CD363 responds to oxidized 1-palmitoyl-2-arachidonoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine and protects against ventilator-induced lung injury.
