Description	Jagged1 Antibody (YA4135) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 monoclonal antibody, targeting to Jagged1.
Background	CD339 is a ligand for multiple Notch receptors and is involved in mediating Notch signaling. It may play a role in cell-fate decisions during hematopoiesis and is implicated in both early and late stages of mammalian cardiovascular development. CD339 inhibits myoblast differentiation (by similarity) and enhances fibroblast growth factor-induced angiogenesis in vitro.
