CD322 Antibody (YA4111) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 antibody, targeting to CD322. It can be applicated for WB, ICC/IF, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.

CD322 is a junctional adhesion protein that mediates heterotypic cell-cell interactions with its cognate receptor JAM3 to regulate various cellular processes. It plays a role in the homing and mobilization of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells within the bone marrow, contributing to their retention via interaction with JAM3-expressing stromal cells. CD322 is central to leukocyte extravasation, facilitating transmigration as well as tethering and rolling of leukocytes along the endothelium (dependent on binding to integrin alpha-4/beta-1). In spermatogenesis, CD322 (expressed by Sertoli cells) and JAM3 (expressed by germ cells) mediate intercellular interactions critical for germ cell anchorage to Sertoli cells and polarization during spermatid differentiation (By similarity). It also functions as an inhibitory somatodendritic cue preventing myelination of neuronal non-axonal regions (By similarity), participates in myocyte fusion during myogenesis (By similarity), and may contribute to angiogenesis (By similarity).
