CD27 Antibody (YA5507) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG2b monoclonal antibody, targeting to CD27. It can be applicated for WB, ICC/IF, ELISA assays, in the background of human.

CD27 is a costimulatory immune-checkpoint receptor expressed on the surface of T-cells, NK-cells, and B-cells, which binds to and is activated by its ligand CD70/CD27L expressed by B-cells. The CD70-CD27 signaling pathway mediates antigen-specific T-cell activation and expansion, enabling immune surveillance of B-cells. Mechanistically, CD70 ligation activates the TRAF2-PTPN6 axis, subsequently inhibiting LCK phosphorylation to promote phenotypic and transcriptional adaptations of T-cell memory. Additionally, CD70 activation on early progenitor cells provides a negative feedback signal for leukocyte differentiation during immune activation, thereby modulating hematopoiesis (by similar). CD27 also negatively regulates the function of Th2 lymphocytes in adipose tissue (by similar).
