Description	CCL27 Antibody (YA4592) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 antibody, targeting to CCL27. It can be applicated for IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.
Background	CCL27 protein functions as a chemotactic factor specifically attracting skin-associated memory T-lymphocytes and is implicated in mediating the homing of lymphocytes to cutaneous sites. Through its binding to CCR10, CCL27 orchestrates the migration of immune cells in the skin, indicating its pivotal role in the regulation of skin immunity. Existing as a monomer, dimer, and tetramer, the protein's oligomerization is avidly promoted by heparin. Additionally, CCL27 interacts with TNFAIP6, specifically through its Link domain, suggesting potential regulatory roles in the context of immune responses and inflammatory processes within the skin microenvironment.
