Description	Caspase-10 Antibody (YA559) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to Caspase-10.
Background	Caspase 10 is a protease involved in the activation cascade of caspases during apoptosis execution. It is recruited to Fas and TNFR-1 receptors in a FADD-dependent manner and may participate in granzyme B-mediated apoptotic pathways. Caspase 10 cleaves and activates downstream effector caspases including CASP3, CASP4, CASP6, CASP7, CASP8, and CASP9, while hydrolyzing small-molecule substrates Tyr-Val-Ala-Asp-\|-AMC and Asp-Glu-Val-Asp-\|-AMC. Its isoform 7 enhances NF-kappaB activity but only slightly promotes apoptosis, whereas isoform C is proteolytically inactive.
