PAX6 Antibody (YA855) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG2a monoclonal antibody, targeting to PAX6.

BRAF (4E1): This gene encodes a protein belonging to the RAF family of serine/threonine protein kinases. This protein plays a role in regulating the MAP kinase/ERK signaling pathway, which affects cell division, differentiation, and secretion. Mutations in this gene, most commonly the V600E mutation, are the most frequently identified cancer-causing mutations in melanoma, and have been identified in various other cancers as well, including non-Hodgkin lymphoma, colorectal cancer, thyroid carcinoma, non-small cell lung carcinoma, hairy cell leukemia and adenocarcinoma of lung. Mutations in this gene are also associated with cardiofaciocutaneous, Noonan, and Costello syndromes, which exhibit overlapping phenotypes.   Western blot analysis of extracts from Hela (lane 1) and NIH3T3 (lane 2) and HCT116 (lane 3) and 293T (lane 4) using BRAF antibody. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% nonfat powdered milk in PBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (GAPDH, 1/3000) was diluted with 5% nonfat powdered milk in PBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1/8,000) was incubated for 45min at room temperature.
