Bcl-10 Antibody (YA4743) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated monoclonal antibody, targeting to Bcl-10. It can be applicated for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human, mouse.

Bcl10 plays a pivotal role in both adaptive and innate immune signaling by bridging CARD domain-containing proteins (e.g., CARD9, CARD11, and CARD14) to activate NF-kappa-B and MAP kinase p38 (MAPK11/12/13/14) pathways, thereby stimulating pro-inflammatory cytokine and chemokine gene expression. It forms polymers via CARD-CARD interactions with activated CARD proteins, recruits MALT1, and assembles into the CBM complex. Additionally, Bcl10 promotes apoptosis, pro-caspase-9 maturation, and NF-kappa-B activation via NIK and IKK. By similar mechanisms: it is activated by CARD9 downstream of C-type lectin receptors (essential for antifungal immunity) and by CARD11 downstream of T-cell receptor (TCR) and B-cell receptor (BCR).
